How do you ensure the freshness of the cigars during shipping?
All cigars are stored in our climate-controlled humidor at 70% humidity and 70 degrees. For shipping, we use airtight humidification packs and secure packaging to ensure your cigars arrive in peak smoking condition.
What is your return policy for tobacco products?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened boxes or bundles for a full refund. For opened boxes, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining unsmoked cigars.
Do you require age verification for purchases?
Yes. In compliance with federal and state laws, we use a secure third-party age verification system. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase tobacco products from 70Cigars.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their cigars sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select U.S. territories. This ensures we can guarantee the quality and legal compliance of every delivery.
